Services

I support women (18+) in the Bellingham area who may be feeling overwhelmed and struggling to cope with life’s transitions and challenges. I am deeply committed to providing a warm, safe environment through my clients’ periods of anxiety, depression, transition, or reproductive challenges.

My practice helps women approach difficult times or transitions with resilience, strength, and intention through psychotherapy. With a focus on women’s reproductive mental health, I work with clients seeking to feel more like themselves as they navigate critical moments in their lives such as pregnancy, postpartum, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, miscarriage, infant loss, concerns around fertility, perimenopause and menopause.

My approach integrates shame-informed and trauma-informed principles to provide compassionate support. I also use various evidence-based approaches like mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parts work and trauma processing through Life Span Integration.

I offer telehealth services for residents of Washington state. If preferred, I also provide in-person sessions at my office in downtown Bellingham.

Areas of focus include talk therapy addressing, but not limited to:

The first session typically includes an initial assessment to go over your personal, relevant history and current concerns. The number of subsequent sessions, and the techniques used, will vary depending on your needs.
